My 01 AP1 has a AP2 Front end conversion. I have AP2 Front Bumper Cover, Headlights with Projecter Hids and OEM AP2 Lip.

Guy I bought the car from did so I am not sure if he had to replace the hood and Fenders as well it is possible. He also shaved all the badges so most people have no idea what kinda car it is lol.
oh wow. if that would be the case then, i'll just look for a used 01-03 and convert the front and rear later on. but if converting them would cost me a total amount that is near to a 04-05.. might aswell just go for 04. hmmm I guess bottom line is just to find a good price/mileage deal around.

thanks guys!!

Wouldn't recommend what? Swapping out the the ecu chips in say like an 04?
Wow.... that is a horrible idea.

If you think it is a good idea, then you have no clue what you are talking about.

Why dont you just figure out a way to remove the redline limiter altogether! Then you can rev up to 13k! More revs FTW!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Did you even read that thread? The conclusion by 95% of the people on that thread is that it is dangerous for your motor and will not work correctly (including pictures of damaged pistons and a damaged block)

Just because the ECU plugs in using the same connectors makes it "do able", but then again you can it is "do able" to sodder in an ECU from a civic too!

*sigh*
