Yup I am trading in my 2001 s2000 for a 2002 Corvette Z06.

As much as I love the s2k, it has always left me wanting more straight line performance. I was thinking Turbo or SC, but I really like having a warranty, when something goes wrong.

It has been great being a member of this forum, and I have really enjoyed all the awesome meets and events. I will still be lurking on these forums, so see ya around.

But then in like 5 yrs(when I have enough money saved up) I'll be following your foot steps since corvette is coming out with that super corvette in like 3 yrs or something. You know what i am talking about right?

ZO6 is very nice. But fun factor is still more with the S2000.

Well, I guess the traitor happens to be a trader. He did trade the s in.....
I am thinking about buying a ZO6. I wouldn't trade the S2000 in though. Z06 is of very good value, but I would still enjoy the S most of the time. Besides, I can't trade my wife's car in:P

 

Beware of used '01's due to oil consumption issues, not to mention lower HP .

I'd try and hold out for a few months and get an '03, unless you find a screaming good deal on an '02.

 

Z06s are really nice cars. Good luck with it.
