Do you have uninsured motorist coverage? If not, sue her in small claims court for your deductable.

the "her car didn't have a bumper" and "she doesn't have insurance" goes hand in hand.

sorry about your car.

Wrecked!? Hardly. In fact, you have minor damage. Replace the door, glass, and fix the rear quarter. I had the same exact accident.....twice. Got it fixed once, and two weeks later, another one. I hate stop signs.

This accident was AT LEAST at 30MPH. Lady completely blitzed a stop sign....didnt even slow down, she didnt see it. I walked out without a scratch.

Before....

The above damage was $4500.

After...

I think it'll buff out.
I have never read an "I wrecked my car" thread without seeing someone say that.

Glad you are okay man.

I guess it's comforting to see that even if there were a passenger, he/she would be fine as well. The beams seamed to have held up well in the collision ...

Doesn't look like there is any frame damage at a glance. It looks like an alligator tried to eat the metal sheets!

Yes, it is VERY over-used.

And how in the hell can anyone register a car without insurance? I thought that was, um, required?
