I dont get all you guys talking about getting a lawyer and suing the shit out of her. If she is uninsured and driving a car without a bumper do you really think she has anything to get out of lawsuit? Just let the insurance deal with it, you will also get a settlement from your insurance company for injuries and loss time at work if any occured.

She is screwed with out getting sued. She has a wrecked car and no money to get it fixed. She also has a significant fine from the government.

Forget the lawyer - just file with your ins. company and let them handle the legal stuff. You'll have enough issues getting parts and estimates.

Glad you are okay. Want to part out the side strakes and clear side-markers? If you have clear headlights, let me know about those as well. PM me if you do part it.

Looks fixable. From the pics, the airbags didn't deploy. That will usually total our cars. It's going to be 5-6 grand to fix and should be covered by insurance.

Wrecked!? Hardly. In fact, you have minor damage. Replace the door, glass, and fix the rear quarter. I had the same exact accident.....twice. Got it fixed once, and two weeks later, another one. I hate stop signs.

This accident was AT LEAST at 30MPH. Lady completely blitzed a stop sign....didnt even slow down, she didnt see it. I walked out without a scratch.

Before....

The above damage was $4500.

After...

off topic but what exhaust?

Glad you're ok dude. I just got into an accident today too, but yours is a lot worse. Was rear ended. My parents got me a lawyer to make sure everything gets taken care of smoothly plus I do not have time with all my school work.

Hurts seeing our cars like this huh?
