ya, we have that... so itll be covered (i have full coverage anyway). but my insurance is gonna go up i think
I don't think so. If the accident was 100% her fault, your insurance should not increase.

ya, luckily i didnt have anyone with me. i was actually on my way to pick up my little sister. im glad she wasn't with me.

oh ya, forgot to add... the girl that hit me doesn't have insurance
Your insurance is going to be hating on you now. Doesn't matter if it was her fault or now. Anytime they have to pay they take it out on you. Might now raise your rates now, but make sure that you don't get any tickets or more claims.

Rates going up depends on the insurance company. If you are with a reputable company you should have no problems with rates going up. Your insurance company is going to sue her to get the money back. Dont worry about that. Also, dont worry about the damage to the car. I had a very similar accident with a tree and a curb. Door, rear wheel and suspension, and the rocker panel "frame" were all toast. It was all rebuilt and I swear the car drives better now than before. Glad you are ok!

I think she needs to prove that.

I think I would be getting a good lawyer, if you don't already have one.

This is always on of my big fears -- the "what stop sign" idiots. Glad you are OK. It is amazing how strongly this car is built. And like someone already said, it IS just a car -- fixable or not -- you are safe. That's what counts.

I got hit in the SAME area by the SAME way only the lady was insured luckly. My damage was similar if not worse, seems she really only hit your door hard. Your frame should be fine and she'll be looking perfectly new again.

I'd get a lawyer if I were you to sue the shit outta that stupid girl and make her pay for being a complete idiot. I've seen what uninsured drivers do and its horrible. Get her back!

Your INS should not go up either since it was her and not you.
