The damage is bad, but I am glad that no one was in your passenger seat at the time. Uninsured motorists suck! Yeah, anytime I see someone with body parts missing, I am always wary. It is far from totalled though.

oh yeah- get a lawyer ASAP. Forget being considerate of the other driver and whatever "issues" she may have. She was not being considerate of others by placing them at risk by driving around without insurance and being negligent of traffic controls.

ok, the car's not totalled and the estimated cost for repair was $6,000. i know its gonna take a while for them to repair b/c of the holidays.
