The damage is bad, but I am glad that no one was in your passenger seat at the time. Uninsured motorists suck! Yeah, anytime I see someone with body parts missing, I am always wary. It is far from totalled though.

 

oh yeah- get a lawyer ASAP. Forget being considerate of the other driver and whatever "issues" she may have. She was not being considerate of others by placing them at risk by driving around without insurance and being negligent of traffic controls.

 

I'm sure all insurance companies do all day long is sit around getting pissed off about claims their customers had. I bet they're in a dimly lit room, spouting profanities as they write damage checks; "DAMNIT!! Some uninsured a**hole just smashed into GOS2K007 again... why did he even have to leave his house today? People should just learn to stay at home, period!!!!"
