Detroit has come a long way on this one.

I have considered purchase or personally recommended 9 of their 10 pic's. One I wouldn't own on a bet.
Guess which one?

This list is almost identical to the list last year...did anyone else notice this?!
To be a bit of a bastard I would like to point out that all of these mags are rags and offer little in the way of really useful information. Most of it is opinion formed while picking cocktail weenies out of ones teeth and swilling free scotch at a party thrown by automakers.
So if they suck when they bash the S2000, they also suck when they praise it. I personally don't believe that the S2000 is one of the 10 best cars produced in 2000, there are a bunch of Ferraris and Porsches I'd put first followed by some other truely awesome wonders. It is however the best car IMHO you can get for < $90K and that suits me fine.
