Well im planning on getting the AEM V2 but I wanted to know if it will fit on the 07 without a CEL.

Don't believe it does without a little customizing. Don't have an 07 so I can't remember the details, but I believe you need to drill and add a nipple for an extra hose that didn't exist on earlier S's

 

PM Nichigo. He has the AEM V2 on his 07', and I have not heard of problems.
I've thought of getting this intake, but don't wanna risk hydrolock. You should take this into consideration if it rains a lot at your place.

 

Fujita CAI is made for the the 06+, so it will not throw a CEL.
