Yeah, it really is! For God's sake, get yourself an AUT rad plate & CAI, and fabricate an air scoop to it behind your grill. Sound? If you want noise, this is not for you. It is quieter than stock. If you want to be rid of heat soak and have more top end speed, this IS for you.

Wow, totally forgot about this dark phase in my S2000's life..
Yeah, that intake found it's way chopped and stuffed into the old Element soon after I found a replacement oem airbox. I then picked up the spoon snorkle, and then eventually moved onto the comptech.
