Default CAI hoses

I bought an AEM CAI a while back, and installed it using some OEM hoses and also a big red one that will fit. My problem is that i sitll want to replace the smaller size hoses but i don't know where to get them, nor do i know what size they are. Any help is much appreciated.

I've never ordered from this place before, but it was just a site I found surfing the net:

I ordered from hosetechniques.com, but be prepared to make a much larger order on some hose sizes than needed (minimum of 10' on some sizes, even when you only need 10"). When I placed my order it was to do 2 cars, so it ran me about $150, but for one you'll probably pay around $100 due to the extra hose.

The hose they sent me wasn't long enough so I went to the local car part store and they had it. It's $1 or less/foot.
