Default Calling honda for clutch buzz

What is the best way to persuade the tech dept to fix my clutch for free. I understand it falls under TSB 054, and i've mentioned this to the tech I spoke with. I'm currently awaiting a call back from them.

My car is an 01 berlina with 34,400 miles. What is the best way to get them to fix this when they call me back?

(Oh, and how do i change my status from enthusist to owner?)

I've just gotten off the phone, I'll have to take the car down to them wensday and let a tech drive it to confirm the problem, then they will have to get approval with the district manager, then fix the problem if approval is given!

What parts will they be replacing?

pressure plate, disk, and throw out bearing. I'm sure I'm missing a few others. Also try to get your tail light lenses replaced and get hardtop strikers.

01 warranty should have expired years ago.
