Can anyone recommend a spoiler that...
Can't vouch for the amount of downforce but it has to better then stock and it is certainly in the looks range for you.
Sorry it's a ebay thing only place I could find it in 2 minutes

Hmm.... I doubt the OE spoiler provides any downforce. I think if it has any functional purpose at all, it might possibly reduce the coefficient of lift on the car by breaking up airflow that would otherwise be creating lift.
Think of the lip spoiler added to the TT, probably does nothing for downforce, but keeps it from becoming a flying car at high speeds by reducing the coefficient of lift.
Back to your question, I doubt anything subtle will produce the effect you're looking for. From what I've heard, you have to be travelling at rather high speeds for effective aerodynamics to work properly, and even those aren't subtle.

I would like to get close to a zero lift condition, which I think even the G35 coupe gets to with its spoiler and diffusers.

I did read that the OE spoiler was wind tunnel tested. I just don't know what the results are! I might just believe the last poster's subjective impressions.
Anyone else have any experiences they can share with the OE spoiler?
[QUOTE=youngjun91,Jun 9 2005, 02:16 PM]Although an aggressive downforce spoiler can be tuned to create net NEGATIVE lift on the rear wheels, which is desirable on tracks where traction is the limiting factor, not top end speed; a zero lift spoiler with no downforce properties is also effective in keeping the rear more planted at high speeds (albeit not to the same degree).
I'm still waiting to have someone say if the OEM lip does any good or not.....I don't have anything on my trunk and like the very small lip/spoiler. but I hate feeling....floaty? at higher speeds. If OEM helps at all I'd rather just get that then something large.
