Can the brake handle be replaced?

I want to change the brake handle with an aftermarket, has anyone done it?

Not that I know of, but it's rather easy to pry up the plastic center cover thingy and check it out. (Take the shift knob off first.)

hmmmm...not convincing...I don't want to ruin my handle and not be able to fix it

No, the brake handle can not be replaced, if you break it, you have to buy a whole new car..
