Default Can A/C be added on a S2000 CR "delete" model?

a local dealer still has a "brand new" 2008 CR, but it's a baisc model without A/C and stereo. since it has sitted in their show room for about 2yrs, they are willing to sell it under invoice price. i dont really care about the stereo, but A/C is a must in summer. has anyone tried to install A/C on a basic CR model???

It would be alot of money if you buy all oem parts.
if you think about any car between the models for example a civic/accord dx,lx,ex.
there all the same as far as wiring, fuse boxes relays blah blah just the lower models are missing the appropriate parts to make certain features not work.
if i were you id think about the fact your buying a car thats been sitting for 2 years.
is the below invoice price worth it after you spend all that money to get a/c installed?

that's correct. it's just because that's probably the last new rio yellow in the market. i just checked out those prices. probably $2000 on parts alone. yes, it's not worth at all. they currently offer 32000 + tax + reg.

They should go a lot lower than $32k on a delete model.

Like $26-28k new.

And you could just buy a used AC system. Lots of track guys remove them. Would probably sell you the complete system for ~$200 or so.

thx for suggest. i will try to work with them. so far, 32000 doesn't seem good price. the only problem is that it's 170 miles away from me. if i go there, and those bastards play the game. it is waste of the time and gas.
