I sent Dan an email about 2-3 weeks ago regarding a all motor F20C build up. Apparently he just got back from some business trip and said he was too tired, but he mentioned that he would look into it, the following week!

I sent JG Engine Dynamics a email also...Javier said they presently didn't have anything available for the S2k!

Lets hope Dan can come through with something!

UL, the mechanic didn't say anything about testing on a cylinder head, but I will ask him.

Here are the numbers he got on tuning the Intake Manifold.....

Stock:

Runners: 1st: 124.5 cfm 2nd: 134.6 cfm 3rd: 138.1 cfm 4th: 140.1 cfm

Tuned using a 62mm inlet:

Runners: 1st: 141.6 cfm 2nd: 142.8 cfm 3rd: 140.5 cfm 4th: 143.4 cfm

Squeezing these numbers out of the well designed Manifold was nothing easy. I just hope with the ProFlow TB and the coolant bypass mod, I will see some good results.

Pappy, how many inches of water were those measurements taken at?

The F20C cylinder head flows around 320 cfm per cylinder at 28". To convert one pressure to another take the square root of (new pressure/old pressure) and multiply it by the CFM reading.
