can u technically make an 03 to 04+?

Default can u technically make an 03 to 04+?

not just exterior, but all the changes honda made to 04+ (including revised suspension, etc). If so, how much do you think it's gonna cost?

Probably far more than selling the 03 and buying a comparable 04.

You can "technically" make angels fly out of my ass, but the time and money needed to make it happen might trump the end value. Seriously, though, is it easier to convert that direction or to stick the 03 engine in the 04?

It would be much easier to swap in an '01 ECU into an 04+. No one knows how long the 2.2 will last with a 9k rev limiter tho. Second choice would be finding an AP2 with a blown engine and replacing it with a 2.0 engine + ECU. But then you'd end up with a AP1 engine with AP2 gearing.

Just go with an '01 ECU in an AP2. You'll save enough money by not converting an AP1 to AP2 that you'll be able to replace the engine when/if it blows and still come out ahead.
