Default canadian GPW owners

recently upon looking at gpw/red (2002***)

ive noticed that gpw came w/ blue in canada only (from what ive seen)

i was wondering what years 2002+ (i dont care about 2000/2001 because of other reasons)

but just curious,

also. anyone have an idea of what it would take to bring a car from canada into US?

situation would be, buying car USD cash from private seller, more than likely putting a smaller amount on title and driving back, i feel that it more than likely would not be possible due to international laws and safety regulations.. but if theirs a way... i have the will power to make it work
((only clause would be it costing alot, because i have a SUZUKA blue friend that would be more than willing to swap interiors for a price, but after viewing(i forget who's) thread where he swapped Suzuka/yellow interiors and after perusing the helms manual id rather pay a little bit.. to get a real gpw/blue than a "created" gpw/blue

thank you guys,

riley

We got GPW in 03 and yes it has all blue interior. The only years any other interior color was offered was on the AP2's which is red and black.

Check out this car in Toronto. He is a really good guy and the car is immaculate. there is a guy in Toronto that brings cars fron the states to here so he might be able to help you on how to import too.

Since the Canadian dollar is so strong right now. It will cost you alot more than what you think, even a used 03 in Canada will cost you as much as a new one from the US.

Hi,

You will find below three cars for sale with the colours you wanted. As another poster mentioned they are expensive in Canada, also usually low mileage (BTW 1,600 kilometers=1,000 miles). Part of the reason why they are so expensive here is the fact that only about 400 to 500 S2000 are imported a year. Actually a fair amount are imported from the US into Canada for that reason, mostly previously totalled cars that have been rebuilt (they seem to be able to make money out of it) .

Shiet!

Should have checked it out b4 posting! I guess you will have to do the search yourself on www.trader.ca . Sorry about the inconvenience.

Rob in the Toronto forum is selling his 03 GPW / wblue interior. He also had Ganley Honda in Ohio swap the black soft top for the blue one. Extremely rare.

Quite a few people can vouch for this car as it was one of 3 gpw's at Fall Colors 2004.
