Well folks, I think Ive made up my mind. Im going to refuse to buy the demo since it is obviously not worth full price. Dogman, you did great on your deal. Im going to cut and paste that for my dealer to see (with your permission of course)
As an added note, I did tell the dealer that I may as well wait for the 2002 model, to which he replied "yes but you wont get a yellow" Well, too bad so sad for me I suppose. I'm sure that up here in Canada we'll get some other "limited" production colour that I will like. if not, I could always settle for the red which I really like too.

If he wants to move a 2001 this late in the game they will make the deal just to get the allocation for next year. And tell him you won't get a silverstone either...thats not the issue.

The only thing close to the satisfaction of driving the car is making the deal on your own terms.

Searching under www.trader.ca I was able to see two new Yellow S2000s listed. There was one listed for $53000 CAN at Marino's Automall in Toronto 416-252-2277 and a 2nd one at Roadsport 416-291-9501 which is also new, but no price listed. Hope this helps on your search!
