My back tires started to give out and started swaying back and forth I tried to correct it by steering and breaking a little bit but it put my car into a spin.
There's your problem right there.

I know it's a natural reaction, but braking when you don't have traction in the rear is usually going to result in bad things.

Sorry for the accident, glad you're okay.

I had Kumhos on my SER sentra when i just started sliding at 20mph. was just trying to make a funky turn into my school's parking lot and it just started sliding, it was so slow i was like... wwwwwtttttfffff has i glided into the curb and SMASHed the passanger side wheel/fender, $2500 in damage, ive always blamed the tires. (car was front engine front drive so the weight dist sucked ass but still, it was just a rh turn)

Your car is going to be fine and you should have applied throttle to get some weight back over those tires.

Fix the car, thankfully no one was hurt and go spend some time on a track or autox. Driving skills have saved me a few times in my life
