Can't see pics anymore....

In the past few days i've noticed i cant see posted pictures anymore...they just show up as red x's...has anything been changed, or is there a way for me to fix this?

there's been a couple of problems going on i believe...

1. if the picture is hosted by s2ki... they dont' show up....
2. picture sizing is wack and random....
