Default In-car Cam Mount

I want to mount my hand-held cam in-car while crusing, but I don't know how to mount it. How do you keep it from sliding side to side? Tape? or is there special mounting pod for it?

I installed this mount to use my DV camcorder at autocross events. Installation is extremely easy, and the results are good. Wind noise can be a little high, but I'm sure there's a way around that.

modrify's mount looks great and it has so much positioning capabilities, but if you wanna be cheap like me, take out the wind blocker, and just mount any camera mount using one bolt.

I found the instructions somewhere on the board but cant remember why, but it took 5 mins, and seriously doesnt take much brain power. Works well, just that you dont have as much positioning power like modrifys.

For the wind noise, just use a remote mic, or a wind sock or something for the mic.
