Hi all. I think a few years ago in Road and Track or Car and Driver there was an S2000 comparison with stock AP2 vs Comptech SC'd and maybe a couple others. Does anyone have this issue that could provide me with a date/volume? I believe the Comptech Car was the same one featured in the American Touge EG6 video.

 

Search caranddriver.com for "S2000", and the Comptech S2000 should be in there, both in a stand-alone review, and the comparison test you mentioned, which I think was a variety of tuner cars.

I found that one. I am actually searching for the white Comptech car. It was a 2003 model I believe. It was featured in a few mags...I believe it was Modified Mag 2004 Tuner Car of the year runner-up as well.

 

I have a bunch of old Car and Drivers I was going to toss (going back as far as 2001). I'll try to dig through them if anyone can narrow it down by at least the year. Would it have made the cover?
