what kind of fenders & side skirts are those? they're hot

 

My guess: Someone had an aftermarket exhaust and wheels and swapped back some of their OEM junk before trading in.

I'd run far, far away.

Do you have pictures of the engine bay? Wonder if it was previously turbo....

Is it me or does the passenger side muffler look like it sits up higher and a little to the right some. Also, its missing the inner grille out of the front bumper.

 

What is that lime green streak on the front of the black hood? Wonder if it's reflection or if it is really there.

 

It's really there. You can see it in two views. As well as the pinstriping on the top of the rear quarterpanels....
