Default car jolts..advice?

I'm not sure whether it is because i havent changed my oil in awhile, but i am going to do that first this weekend...

but the problem is when i first drive my car off, sometimes it jolts and starts very unsmoothly, i thought i probably didnt give it enough gas or didnt catch the gears, but when i did it again, same thing happened.

Im not sure how to describe the movement, but its kinda like a hiccup...the car moves than a sudden jolt, and goes again, then jolt, and so forth...

can anyone advise on whats wrong?

When was the last time you gave your MAP sensor a good whack?

Our MAP sensor is notorious for getting stuck. You have to whack it with a screw driver from time to time to "fix" it.

No real need to reset the ECU. I reset my ECU from time to time since I have a V-AFC, but there are a few side effects until it has been run for a while (rough idle, poor gas mileage, etc.).
