I also had a 2000 type r black....put 94000 miles on it in 2 years....and it is FOR SALE! The major difference IMO b/w it and my s2k is rear wheel drive, made all the difference

2001 Honda Prelude
was a great car for the $$. Mine was auto though so it was really slow..

2002 Sentra SER
not bad of a car, just the fit and finish wasn't as good as Honda. Lots of Torque tho

Currently driving a 03 accord EX as a daily driver and loving my S everyday

Keep in mind I am 20 years old. My last three cars were bought entirely on my own, and I only had partial help on the other cars.

1969 Chevelle (looked better than it was)
1995 Mustang Cobra
1999 Mustang Cobra
1997 Chevy S-10 SS
2000 Mustang GT (was quicker and better handling than the Cobras)
2000 Honda S2000 (best car I have ever owned)

torquemonster

'85 Corvette (slightly modified)

315/35/17 drag radials and still zip for traction off the line...fast, but heavy and one-dimensional compared to the S.

The S is much more fun, no more draggin' for me, I'm a curve-a-holic now
