Default Car pulling to the right

Yesterday I had the RE050's replaced with some dunlop star spec's... 215/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 out back. I also had the car aligned at the time. Car is completely stock. After picking the car up, I noticed it was noticeably pulling to the right. So I took it back today to have it aligned again and they said the toe was slightly out on the front so they adjusted that. However, the car is still pulling to the right.

Oops, forgot to mention that the car had no issues pulling at all with the RE050's.

Here is the alignment spec they gave me:

Front: Left
camber: -0.6*
Caster: 5.6*
Toe: -0.02*
SAI: 9.4*
Included Angle: 8.9*

Front: Right
Camber: -0.4*
Caster: 5.8*
Toe: -0.01*
SAI: 10.2*
Included Angle: 9.8*

Front:
Cross Camber: -0.2*
Cross Caster: -0.2*
Cross SAI: -0.8*
Total Toe: -0.03*

Rear: Left
Camber: -1.5*
Toe: 0.09*

Rear: Right
Camber: -1.5*
Toe: 0.07*

Rear:
Cross Camber: -0.1*
Total Toe: 0.16*
Thrust Angle: 0.01*
Axle Offset: 0.0"

All of that means very little to me. Any idea what could be causing this? I have checked the tire pressure and they are all even.

Bad alignment job?

My S pulled to the right during braking. Replaced the brakes and all is well.

First swap the front tires left to right and see if the pull changes direction. If it does, bad front right tire. If it doesn't, swap the rear tires left to right and see if pull changes direction. If it does, bad right rear tire.

By the way, your RE050s should be directional (meant to rotate in only one direction)so do the above test only as a test and then return to original position. Also, make sure the arrows are pointing in the direction of travel of the tire when moving forward.

I have no idea if the readings are off or not. Those numbers don't mean much to me Was hoping some people here could shed some light on them.

I will have to give the wheel swap thing a go this weekend.

Alignment should be ok.

Check your tire pressures again. The S is very sensitive to small differences in tire pressures. Even 1-2 psi lower in one wheel will be noticable. Do the side to side tire swap and see what that does to the direction of the pull. Take a look at your brakes and see if you don't have a sticking caliper rubbing up against a brake disc. Check for obvious binding in the drive train (everything should rotate without much effort). Outside of that, take it back to the alignment shop until they get it right...

Just an update. I flipped the tires around today and the car seemed to drive pretty straight with the front tires flipped. It did not pull to the left as I expected. The rear tires made no difference, still had the pull to the right. Does this mean one of the front tires is bad?

Also, do ya'll think it would help to flip the tires? Have them remounted and balanced on the opposite side? Or what should I do from here?

Thanks!
