Your toe looks similar to what mine did. Lowering the car made the front toe out, and the rear toe in. Your rear toe in should have reduced oversteer, while the front toe out could have increased it. What is surprising is your front camber. I'm surprised your camber was so low. Mine was much more negative after lowering it.

they were able to get more caster than I thought they could,+6.4 caster with -1.3 of camber was pretty good.

Why are there so many maximum variances per car?

I went with more toe in the rear to keep the oversteer down. Nerces thinks that I should be able to really handle a corner with confidence now.

Numbers look good. It should feel different with those changes.. what do you think so far?

Well I was able to hold the 635W to 161S loop at 90 mph on street tires. 80 mph was about the max before.

I have been in the office all day and haven't been able to get back out. I will be hitting the streets tonight.

Do I need to re-check my ride height now or leave it alone?

Leave your ride height alone. If you change it, you will need another alignment.

I assume the toe is in degrees and that minus toe means out. If so,

before: everything except front toe is within factory spec. The front toe out is enough to cause quick tire wear on the inside, but not enough to cause unusual handling. There is no one answer to what causes oversteer. It's a combination of tire size and brand and pressures, swaybars, spring rates and driver technique just to hit the big ones,

after:

Looks fine. You don't really want front toe out, but this is essentially zero. Stick with this and get the car balanced working on other things. Everything mentioned above has more impact than further minor alignment tweaks.

And checking track handling on the street is probably not useful (not to mention risky) For example the loop you mentioned likely slopes up or down and is banked as well. Both of these can significantly affect over/under steer. Also conditions vary day due to weather, dipped oil and antifreeze, etc.

And then there is the placebo effect.

Gregg
