Default Car shook a little funny this morning...

I was sitting at a light and noticed that my car was shaking at idle a little more than usual. Nothing overly alarming; not bucking or anything, but just a little bit of a shake (like a scared puppy). At first I thought the A/C might be working too hard, so I flipped it off, but it didn't stop.

The car appeared to be idling a little lower than usual and it was cooler out this morning than it had been in quite a while. Was this just the ECU starting to correct for the change in ambient temp, or should I freak out now?

im guessing its probably that map sensor problem. i notice that my car shakes and vibrates when there is a big difference in ambient temperatures.

Is that the one that's "fixed" by whacking the map sensor? If so, how hard?

I concur with the map sensor "whack" as I had that issue last week...

xviper - so far , 2 whacks , unplug mpa sensor , another tap and put back and no idle stall.. fingers are crossed

This is the best I've got. It's in the lower left of the pic (above the throttle body).
