Default car struggling to start first time from overnight

each morning after the car is sitting overnight, when is start up the car, it seems to struggle. but after the frist start. it starts fine the whole day. I think its battery issue?

i used to listen to the radio when the car is turned off.

When it starts to get cool with autumn, the ECU will choke a bit until it recalibrates. Also, old batteries will struggle once colder climate starts.

You can test the battery with a multimeter. Should run at least 12.4 DC to be a strong battery.

Mine has always made a weird grinding noise when starting and the temp is below 40 degrees outside. It doesn't do it if i prime the fuel pump by having the key in the on position for a few seconds then pressing the start button. Try that.
