Jsmply, I didn't read the outcome of your lawsuit until today. I couldn't find it before, then I remembered part of your name and did a search, found it and read the ending. So you must have used the settlement to get your car painted. It looks good.
You have your license plate blacked on your avatar, but there it is huge in your pictures. Think you might want to block it?
I'm not really worried about it. What harm is it really? My license plate is exposed all day long when I'm parked. Is there something I'm overlooking? I just did it in my avatar since I knew I'd get this comment in every thread if I didn't, lol. Thanks though! Actually the settlement went to help take care of the car loan early, the paint job was more of an impulse thing. I wasn't going to do it but then I made good friends with a body guy and he offered me a deal I couldn't refuse.

As far as the price (since someone else mentioned it), like I said I made good friends with a bodyshop guy and I've sent him a lot of work since, so I wouldn't be a good example. However, from a shop with lots of overhead, employees, etc . . . most places were quoting me in the 3000-6000k range. 3000-ish for the cheaper jobs, closer to 6000 for the engine bay, etc.
