Well a Few weeks ago i got hit. So my car would need alot of new parts.. Fenders Door Ect ect. I was wondering do you guys think i should do that or leave it stock? And how much weight would i be saving?

I'd recommend you get stock parts and then paint the body or put stickers on it to make it look like carbon fiber.
I honestly doubt carbon fiber body panels will save much weight. The biggest piece is the hood, but OEM is already pretty light with aluminum. To get real weight savings, you need carbonfiber structural members, such as the chassie itself! Body panels do not really carry load, therefore they're not really all that heavy to begin with. For a helluva lot of money, you won't see much weight savings by simply replacing the body panels... or the hood or trunk lid, etc.
