I am a big carbon fiber fan. I was wondering if anyone has seen the silverstone s2k with like carbon fiber lips and hood and how does it look, i know it looks more gray than anything. I want to put some carbion fiber on mine but dont know how it will look...all info greatly appreciated...Thanks

i have seen a silverstone '05 w/a carbon fiber hood and it looked great. i wish i had a pic that i could post!

 

cmon man, you dont need to ask for other peoples opinions! you just go with what looks good to you. hehe, i personally think silverstone with cf hood, cf front lip (only on bottom), then cf hardtop, and cf trunk/wing, and gunmetal wheels with polished lip would look very nice. But for some odd reason, a car like that in usa may look ricey but when u see cars like this in japan with shiet load of stickers, it just looks badass.

I do prefer my hood painted, but I was tempted to leave it CF because it does look VERY good.

I am not a fan of the CF lips though. It makes it look like the car has a beard, and it just doesn't flow.

I did see pix of someone who had an '04+ front with the OEM style front lip in CF. He had painted just the vertical parts and it really tied it all together nicely, and looked awesome!
