I just did a carfax on this car I'm about to check out and these service record are concerning me. My question is should I be worried about the first 3 records? If so, should I go ahead and check out the car or wait for another one?

According to this the first owner bought it at around 400miles(brand new assuming).

if that number between the date and the location is the miles then i would be more concerned about the odometer accuracy. i could be reading it wrong though.
