The process takes 45 minutes to an hour, and we went when there was hardly anybody there, so expect longer wait if they're busy.

Their whole thing is to make money though. So they are buying it off you to turn around and sell it and make money. Theirs a little conflict of interest their lol. The only good way to trade would be on something new from a dealership. I figure you could get alot out of any car if you were trading it on say a new 911 turbo off the show room floor. But then agin your not really getting that money for the trade its just what they can knock of their inflated prices. Selling your self is the best way to go. Because one you get more money and 2 your more than likely going to be selling it to the next person cheaper than the dealership would have.

I worked for them a long time ago, please don't take your car to them or even buy a car from them....there not nice people
