Cassette option for S2000?

Cassette option for S2000?
Is there, or was there ever a cassette option in the US for the S2000? I have one of those cassette tape mp3 players that I'd like to use.
Also, does anyone know if the earlier 2000-2003 model headunits are compatible with the newer CD Changers? I know cassette was standard on the earlier models in some of the international markets, and was wondering if one of these units could drive the newer 2004-2005 8-disc CD changer, because I like the console secret compartment mounting.
Finally, has anyone retrofitted the 2004-2005 OEM 8-disc CD changer console secret compartment mounting kit to work with the 2000-2003 OEM 6-disc changer?
