Default Stock CD Changer Location

Right, so I just got my hands on an OEM CD Changer, but was wondering if anyone had fitted it in a different location. I may just buy the fitting kit, for which I have searched, but wondering if the OEM changer fits elsewhere.

Was thinking in the secret compartment, but not sure if it will go in like the Alpine does.

Suggestions and pictures much appreciated please

You can add the CD changer to the secret compartment

Yeah. There's a separate mount kit I'm thinking about changing to which uses the secret compartment. I'm tired of the trunk space I'm losing and the fact that I have to get out of the car to change CD cartridges, but I only ever seem to cram junk into the secret compartment.

H and A has the mount and changer together for $410 on this page, but doesn't seem to have the mount by itself: http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000-04.html

carefull about the compartment mount... only the ap2 8 disc changer fits, with the ap1 changer you would have to mod the compartment a bit and depending on how you do it you can be in the way of the spare tire.
