Centre Console Trim PEELING OFF!

If you want to remove the trim piece, go to Rick's site and read the instructions on the shift boot installation. After you remove all the screws, I believe its just a few clips. They are kinda hard to remove the first time, so be careful not to break it.

You could do what I did and just remove all the trim finish, and have it painted the exterior color of the car. Looks good. I will see if I cant post some pics later today when I get off of work.

Whatever it is registered in 02!
For all intents and purposes, '00 and '01 are the same and '02 and '03 are the same. Quite a few upgrades between '01 and '02.

Woot! Mine is peeled worse than that, going to give the rubbing alcohol a shot...

How about the leatherette arm rest coming undone? Anyone have suggestions there?

as stated earlier, the boot part juss pops out after taking the 2 philip screws out. there's 2 main clips towards the front and one each side that you need to carefully pry/pop out.

i agree with everyone else to strip the paint cus it has a nicer finish underneath....very shiny
