CF trunk lid and rear wing
what do u mean by last? the CF fading? litteraly damaging like cracking? falling apart? melting? haha jk jk. im sure it would be okay for a pretty good amount of time as long as the trunk was a solid build, i dont think the pressure pushing down on it created by the spoiler is that significant
The CF trunk lid will fade first seeing that it's seibon. I would say within 3-4 months.
You shouldn't have problems with cracking of the CF.
You may run into bowing of the trunklid due to the excessive downforce at high speed.
If you fabricate an x brace for the underside of the trunk lid you will not have to worry about that either.

^^ it's up to you...
Most of the Mugen wing applications that I have seen were with the OEM trunk lid.
A lot of the GT wing applications I've seen are either OEM trunk lids or with DRY carbon which is much stronger than the CFRP.
As you know I got rid of my Seibon trunk lid before intalling my INGS wing. After installing the trunk lid I was almost positive it would not be able to withstand the downforce of the bigger spoiler.
Give it a shot...

Thanks for your advice Tim. As you know, the Seibon CF trunk lid isn't that good to begin with. Sure it is better than VIS products, but it isn't JDM. I didn't pay too much money for the trunk lid, so it isn't a big deal.
