Cheap Insurance!!!
Im 21 with no accidents and tickets had my insurance raised from 256 - 315 so i looked around and i found https://www.esurance.com and they got my insurance to 166 a month.
*EDIT* BTW does anyone know if no headlight ticket raise's insurance prices? I was about to get 166 a month until they discovered i had a "OTHER MOVING VIOLATION"? which was driving without headlights, I GOT this at around 5:30pm with plenty of light out in CA with less then 5% of the cars with there headlights on, I GOt a 70 dollar ticket. Anyways back to the TOPIC if anyone needs cheap insurance try here Esurance.com there prices are very good just make sure you have a clean record.

Cheap does not always equal least expensive! Beware many small fly by night insurance companies. They may not be there when you need them. You also did not mention coverage amounts. Were the policies the same?
I guarantee you if you totaled your car they would dissapear. It's cheap for a reason. If I were you, I'd go through the policy with a fine toothed comb checking for their loopholes. You WILL NOT get insurance on an S2000 at 21 for $166/month without some type of catch. I'm turning 25 in august and my insurance will finally go below $150 a month. I am sorry, but they are tricking you somehow.
I had Esurance for one year and had 4 cars with them. I had no problems with their customer service 800 phone number answering my many questions. Fortunately I never encountered an accident so I can not speak for their claim service.
I switched to Century 21 Insurance when Esurance raised their rates. Both C21 and Esurance only have 6 months terms.
Since C21 expires next month, I will shop Esurance again and compare.

They said, there cheaper because of unecessary need of major offices and everything is done VIA Email unless you wanna pay $25.00 every 6 months for regular mail..
sounds good to me
My initial quote from esurrance was low too. UNTIL I SIGNED UP!!! After the first day, they got additional consumer reports on my history and they raised my rates to the same as my current State Farm policy.
1) There initial quote is rarely accurate.
2) DO NOT cancel ur current insturrance until a few days later when ur new carrier has gotten all ur info and stablized ur rate.

From my research, Amica Insurance also has high customer satisfaction ratings and they were very accomodating in playing-w/-the-#s with me on the phone to see how the rates go up or down with each increased or decreased point of coverage. They easily beat Liberty Mutual (another highly rated one) by $500. (Insurance for my 2 cars was going to be $1750 annually). I do believe however that these two companies only offer great rates if your driving record is perfect. I read that one guys insurance went up 30% with Amica after a single incident, BUT Amica did step up to the plate and pay up, no probs. They just raised his rates significantly afterwards.
As soon as I get the paperwork in from Wawanesa, I'll decide between them and Amica's offering.
p.s.-- I like to go to epinions.com whenever I am researching a major purchase (over $100).
