Default Cheapest running s2000?

Was just browsing as I was contemplating picking up a 2nd S...but saw this. It sure is a dirty car.

https://winstonsalem.craigslist.org/cto/d/2001-honda-s2000/6757205782.html

I'm not buying a second S yet. But I'm sure to someone $4500 if it checks out mechanically it might be a nice cheap S for somebody here.looking for cheap toy. Its all original and has a clean carfax. Although, you can see it's got minor work up front that needs done. It looks like maybe running into curbs has popped the top of the bumper up.

I know we all want a nice s2000, but why do I not see more people ressurecting beaters?
