I left my lights on so naturally I needed a charge on the battery 3 days later. According to the manual I've erased my "readiness codes" and "several days" of driving are needed to make the light go out. Anyone know how long this takes, the light is annoying and disrupts the pleasure of driving my Stook.

Push and hold the trip button, turn the ignition switch ON (Position II), and hold the button in for more then 10 seconds......

I might be wrong, but isn't that for erasing the Mainenance Required light?

I actually thought that taking off the battery for a while erased the error codes in the OBD system and that the Check Engine light would go off rather than come on, because you reset the system!

Let us know what you did and how it worked!
