Default Chicago Help

I'm looking for a good dealer in the Chicago area to do my 15k service. Does anyone have a dealer that has dome some TSB work on this car and knows what they are doing?

thanks for the help.

Two words.....Motorwerks Barrington.

Their service dept. is top notch and very customer service friendly. I've been using Schaumburg Honda for soooo many years, and never have left their service dept. happy....I've recently switched over to Motorwerks.

Also ask meat of where he goes. He's happy with the service people he deals with.

I have had good luck with the dealer in Lisle. They have done complete engine tear downs to the seat belt recall with good results.

I second the Motorwerks vote. If your not familiar they sell MB, BMW, Porsche, Infiniti, Honda and Saab. They are rated as one of the best Honda service sites in the Country.

I used to be all for Motor Werks. It is a wonderful place to gaze at wonderful cars. In service though, I feel that they have become too large for their own good. It has become very impersonal, the car just becomes a work order number. I had to take my car in for a roof rattle, that turned out to be a latch problem. They called me to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up, and the problem was still there. I went back, they said that the car had actually not been worked on. This was after like 1 and a half days. The car had just been sitting outside, during the day and night. That was a big waste of my time, all they said was sorry. They took the car back. When I went to pick it up a second time, the rattle was fixed, but the side marker on the driver's side was somehow broken. It took a week for the part to come in, then I had to stop in again so they could replace it. More time... After this, I will not be returning to Motor Werks. I will be headed to Castle Honda in Morton Grove, where I bought my S2000 and 2 Accord EXVL's. They sold me my S2k for sticker, at a time when most other dealers wanted about 10k over sticker.

Are you located in the burb or in Chicago? I'm Chicago and got my services *TSB* done at Jacob Twins Honda. They're very friendly and honest.
