However, it's all veddy interesting. The whole vafc thing looks complicated and, based on the links xviper provided, seems like it could be a major charlie foxtrot.

I guess I could not belive you could squeeze out much more HP from what I perceived as a "maxed out" engine with only software.

Why wouldn't Honda do what they could to max it out more? Is it bad for the engine? Cost prohibitive? I'm talking strictly from a stock setup with only software mods.
