Derryck: haha, send me some cash.
Man... I started this whole thing the least you two (Chris and Chris) can do is finish it. Ask Chris for money... he's the 'baller'. Good luck with school and I hope things work out for you. It's a shame you spent so much time, effort and money on your car only to part it out and sell it in the end. What are you buying for transportation? I highly suggest the M3... it's a wonderful daily driver that has enough pep to satisfy that occassional need for speed.

Probably something that is

- cheap
- reliable (no major problems that I can't fix)
- that I don't have to worry about it getting vandalized in open parking
- and maybe got a little bit of scoot to it.

But the priorities are probably in that order.

Chris Barnes, you lurking in here? Whattya say, float me some cash?

Get the Accord V6 6-speed, or if you want to spend much less than that, get the Si.

Hope you're not talking about the 2003 Si. He would be better off buying a 99-00 Si. A nice replacement for the S would the Acura CL Type-S.

If you would look into the accord or cls you woul see how many problems there are with them. I have an accord and we have people going through trannies left and right. As far as the 6 speed goes I have heard many unpleasant stories about those as well.He said a cheap car also. My accord was 26 grand and the cls is around 28ish so I really doubt thats a cheap car because thats only a couple grand less than an s. I would just go for somehting used since you are going to school and you will have door dings and suchfrom the parking lot then when you are done get somethng nice.

When I say cheap, I mean 5k. I'm really just looking for a beater for while I'm in college. Something that I don't mind getting beer spilled on.

Chris

PS: On, not in, of course.

My question too. What's the asking price on an S2000 with burned pistons?
