Are you the guy I spoke to a few months back at Arrowhead Honda and told you about S2KI? You have the only OEM chrome wheels I have seen.

I've seen at least a handful of S2K owners with chrome wheels...

It looks alright on black, decent on red... otherwise it doesn't really suit the car.

Heres my 2 cents. Chances are the dealer who originally sold the car had the wheels sent out to be chromed b4 the car was sold. Dealers have been known to do stuff like this to make the car more desirable and different from cars at other dealers. Usually its put on an addendum sticker to notify the buyer its been done and what the additional charge is. Have you owned the car since new? To my knowledge chrome wheels is not and was never a factory option.

I don't think I recall saying anything about HRE's...

I'm talking about OEM wheels that have been "chromed"

^ the only chrome set i've seen on an S was on a silverstone from philly....

as for the oems.... i've only seen high polished.. which is a lot cheaper then actually getting them chromed.. and you'll have the same results...

I have seen two sets. One on a red, one on a yellow.

Both looked good (and yes, they were done aftermarket.)

These were both AP1 16" wheels.

There was a set of AP2 17" wheels chromed on eBay recently.
