mchoi02,

Thanks for the information! I appreciate it.

As for the rest of you,

Could you be less professional here? I would have considered this from a local hood rat site but not a professional site like this. I never said that I was going to run out and sue Honda, I simply asked for an opinion, not a ragging on.

You wonder why people think that s2000 drivers are cocky?? This is a perfect example of it. I camr to this board for advice and the fact that I love the car.

For your information, I am a partner in a performance shop in ATL, so don't think you are talking to some one that doesn't know shit about cars, all I have to say is BRING IT!

I have talked with many people from this board and the concensus is that you are a bunch of cry babies with too much money and time on their hands.....Does that get a rise out of you??

Have a good day all,
Jonathan

gosh you're cool.
I'm sorry I'm so rich that I can pay $30K for my car, and treat myself to McD's and frozen burritos for 5 yrs.
hmmm wait a minute, if enough people take offense to your last comment, maybe we could file a defamation of character suit about being called "a bunch of cry babies with too much money and time on their hands!"
yeah thats it!

hmmmm, looks like i get to be the first one to "bring it" and my car is still in the factory

you want to call the people of this bored cocky, and crybabies

hmmmm

the word hypocrital comes to mind

gee i paid 34,000 bucks for a small car with a polypro back window (too much money on hands)

and now honda makes the same car, with a glass back window, Im mad (boo hoo)

well i think the world revolves around my dislike of my plastic back window, i'll suggest a class action law suit (cocky little fella aint you)

and when no one agrees with me, i'll cry some more (crybaby x 2)

as for saying you never said you were gonna run out and sue honda, you did imply that this was your basic mode of operation in the follow

I think we need to ALL get together and file a Class action suit
well i'll retire from being a cocky too much money spending crybaby now, and go back to the real world where i have to go work in a factory here in about 2 hours

Did you know that for $170,000 you can get a Ferrari 355 Spyder (convertable) with a PLASTIC window????!!!! Imagine how those Ferrari owners feel.

I have a 2001 - does the plastic rear window suck? Yes.

I'm an attorney - am I going to sue (or be part of a suit against) Honda? No way. Unless your intention is to merely harass them (as opposed to genuinely claim that you've suffered some damage), you won't be winning this one. No direct correlation between damage you may/may not have had and plastic rear window. Honda certainly is not the first (nor the last) manufacturer to use plastic rear windows.

I agree with you the window sucks - but this is _definitely_ is not something I would go to court over.

Plastic has been in the back of sports cars for quite some time, I don't think that they will make the change for free. I would be interested in seeing if they offer a conversion of some sort to go from plastic to glass at a fair cost.

No you didn't! You came here to whine about filing a class action law suit because YOU think Honda should have replaced your window free of charge because it's plastic. The only (class action) in this entire topic is the one telling you that you need to grow up. We get tired of whinners like you comming here to vent your dislike for something you agreed to when you bought the automobile. You have a seriously displaced logic. What would make you think that anyone here would support such a misguided venture.

Please, tell us where your performance shop is in Atlanta so we can avoid it like the plague! Anyway what does you wanting to start a class action law suit and being a partner in a fly by night performance shop have in common? Are you trying to impress us with your wonderful knowledge of performance?

I'm setting here with a gigantic smile on my face wondering if there are anymore of you like this in Atlanta. Did you know they say, that inbreeding has done wonders for corn crop sales in Georgia this year. We thank you for such illuminating topic of conversation. The pleasure has been all yours. HOWS THAT FOR COCKY!!

I have one other thing to ask you? Since you came here for advice, I'd just like to know why didn't you accept it? I think people here were being direct and honest! If you didn't like the answers then why did you ask the question? Anyway, here's a bit of advice for you. Why don't you sell the S2000 and buy a truck to pickup all the BS you've been slinging around this thread.

And by the way!! HAVE A REALLY NICE DAY
