Default Cleaning Rear Plastic Window

I'm new to ragtops and just purchased a mint condition 2001 S2000. The only flaw is a kinda foggy rear window. I've run out and bought some Meguiers Plastix, pardon my spelling, and need to know if the haze or oxidation is typically on the outside or inside or both?

I use that, clean the plastic window inside and out with invisible glass. Then use the Meguiar's PlastX on both sides. It works great for me and my rear window still looks brand new

Inside and out - with minimal maintenance my rear window still looks perfect. It also has so much more usable area than the glass counterparts.
