Default Cleaning the soft top

My top has immensely changed from a black color to a faded black[now a grayish color]. What do you do to clean the soft top with? What materials without damaging the top? thanks.

A lot of people recommend 303 Protectant.

This topic has been covered many times before. I'm sure if you do a search you'll find the info you need.

I use 303 Convertible Top Cleaner to clean and 303 Aerospace protectant to protect it from UV

This is the best car cleaning supply site out there

Be sure to use a black towel to apply the 303; any threads that come off on the top do not show up.

I have had good luck with RaggTopp Protectant. It seems to restore the deep black color. Do a Google search for retailers.

Ragg Topp Protectant is great. I use it and my top sheds water like a ducks back. I emailed Properautocare and they recommended Ragg Topp Protectant. It also enhances the black color...

The salesman I just bought my 04 from, who also owns an 03, recommended RaggTopp. I bought the protectant and cleaner as a two piece kit. Cost ~$23 + ~$7 S&H all over the web.

I haven't used it yet, but he gave it high marks and it is recommended by a lot of ragtop manufacturers.

I am glad that topic came up. I wasn't sure how to clean mine either. Maybe we all should get the hard top! Ha.

Has anyone used Renovo? It sounds good but it is their website so they might be bias.
