You might also want to consider this option. Has a few advantages over the film.

Here are the pictures:

I did my own the last weekend. besides 2 small air bubbles the job came out nice... I got the materials for $40 shipping included from ebay; hood, mirrors, bumper. It was easy until I did the hood... that was a 2 1/2 hour peice by itself and a total of 4 hours...

As I put it before the hair dryer is your friend, so is soapy water... I would rate the difficult level on a scale of 1 to 10 a 7 1/2.

as you can see the bubbles above

An old bra will discolor after 2 years +. The speed it does depends on your climate and brand... the thing is that depending on whom does the install, some brands will stand behind the product and reinstall... I do know Autobahn will, the problem is that it will cost $695... expensive.

Bu does it really matter? after all these things are made to be replace after they're damage to save your car's paint

Sorry, but

I've had mine for 5+ years and it hasn't discoloured.

BTW, nice job on your install.

the guy that is doing my install this saturday says it has lifetime warranty... if it discolors, bubble, peel at the edge, or anything that is of the film or install, he will do it again free of charge.

mine is gonna cost $750... it's more then anyone elses' that posted here but for some reason, northern VA area, this is pretty cheap... local shops charge a lot more...

i guess im paying for the lifetime warranty....

* getting the bumper, hood 18", headlights, mirrors, door cups, and front rear fender

Agreed, but can you just peel the old one off and put a new one
on without damaging the underlying paint?
I would like to know this as well.
