i dont think the microwave idea would work because the headlights do have some metal parts in it...

I thought the euro lights didn't fit right on U.S. cars? Are they hard to install?

I think he meant just a regular oven ... Set it to 200 degrees and put it in there for a few minutes and the whole body will heat up uniformly and it's really easy to pull the housing apart in one shot. Heat it up again and push the pieces back together with some extra sealant and you're done. I should know ... I've done it before (though not on an S2000).

Check out the install I did for one of my fellow customers, this was done this weekend. About a 2 hour job....with no experiance...I know what to do now.
